Renters insurance is not required, but we strongly recommend it. It can help you repair or replace your personal property due to many types of damage or theft. Rental insurance ranges from about $12 to $20 per month and you are welcome to use any company you prefer. WC Smith property insurance will not cover your belongings.

We have multiple ways to pay rent. You can pay through your online resident portal, or bring a check or money order to our leasing office.

Yes! You can find a Harris Teeter grocery store about a block away from our community.

Cambridge Square residents are responsible for cable / internet services only. WC Smith will handle everything else.  All utilities are included at our community.

Yes, we love cats just as much as you, and if well-behaved, they are always welcome at Cambridge Square.
